At Suryacotton, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on any unused and unworn items within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, you must ship the item back to our company address. Reverse pickup is only available if the service is supported in your area pincode. The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose to exchange it or receive a replacement. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a gift card equal to the purchase amount, which can be used at any time with no expiry. After an exchanged item is delivered, no further return or exchange is allowed. Products returned in damaged condition or missing tags and packaging will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
